We provide tailor-made training on request. The focus is always on leaving the simulator with a positive attitude, feeling ready for any simulator session in the future. Should we fail to do so, we will refund you the instructors fee in full.
Examples of sessions provided:
- Assessment / grading preparation
Aimed at preparing you for an upcoming assessment. We can use generic profiles or mimic a profile that you supply. We’ll work with you to improve where required, and reinforce the elements you do well. - Return to work and long term absence
When not flying for some time, pilots often feel that their skills degrade. This reduces confidence levels which is often a false sense of insecurity. This session works to maintain currency and serves as a demonstration that pilot skills do not just disappear. - Continued airline preparation for ab-initio trainees and cadets
Having finished flight training, many new pilots have fully prepared themselves for multi-crew airline operation. When the time between finishing training and starting an airline job increases, it is highly recommended to refresh airline preparation knowledge. We offer simulator details in line operation style, and can also offer theoretical refreshers on standard EASA airline policies. This includes topics such as fuel planning and management, all weather operations, technical and non-technical knowledge. - Command Assessment (COAS) preparation
Many airlines ask pilots coming up for command to complete a command assessment simulator session. This creates a lot of pressure on a pilot and we’ll aim to show what you do well and why you do it well. This knowledge will boost confidence in your ability to pass the session. - Command course preparation
Working up to command builds a lot of pressure. We tailor simulator sessions to items coming up in the command course and will aim to show you why your airline scheduled you for the course in the first place: your own abilities.
