We provide fixed pricing packages per simulator session. The price includes simulator rental, instructor fees and all applicable taxes. Of course this also includes briefing, and debriefing for every session.
The price is per scheduled detail, regardless of the amount of trainees attending. Please bear in mind that each simulator will have a limit on amount of people present inside the simulator at one time. Swapping during a session is possible, however time spent on this (or any other breaks) will count as simulator time.
Though we aim to provide the most accurate price details, rental rates for simulators vary and the final price may change. In this case we will, of course, check with you before confirming a session.
Fixed base simulators:
Sessions on the B737NG and A320CEO fixed-base FTD-2 devices can be booked for 3 or 4 hour sessions at the following cost (including VAT):
- 3 hours: € 1400
- 4 hours: € 1700
Full motion simulators:
Sessions on the full motion devices listed under simulators can be booked for 4 hour sessions at the following cost (including VAT):

Payment and booking terms
CockpitCoach has to book and reserve your training session at one of our suppliers. For this reason, we can only confirm a booking after receipt of down payment or full payment sum:
If booking 21 days or more before the planned session, a down payment of 80% of the total sum will be required before we can book your training session. The remainder is due 7 days prior to the training session.
21 days of less before the session, we require the full payment.
After receipt of the above (down) payment, we will book the session and this will be confirmed. Simulator costs are non-refundable from this point.

Satisfaction guarantee
Should you leave your simulator session with us unhappy about the training provided, we will refund you the instructors fees, no questions asked. Well, we would actually ask you to tell us how we can improve, but the refund applies regardless of your answer.
